Google Ads Management

Be the first result when customers are ready to buy

We build and manage Google Ads campaigns that capture high-intent searches, cut wasted spend, and turn clicks into calls, leads, and sales.

How does Google Ads work?

Google Ads is an auction. When someone searches, Google decides which ads to show and in what order based on your bid, the quality and relevance of your ad and landing page, and the expected impact of your ad extensions (now called assets). You usually pay when someone clicks.

The biggest advantage of Google Ads is intent. Someone searching “emergency dentist open now” or “buy standing desk” has a need right now. A well-structured campaign puts your offer in front of that person at exactly the right moment.

Beyond Search, Google offers Performance Max (automated campaigns across all Google channels), Shopping for e-commerce, Display for visual banner ads, Demand Gen for feed-style ads, and YouTube video ads. We choose the mix based on your goals, and we keep automation on a short leash with good data, clear conversion goals, and regular review of search terms.

Who is Google Ads for?

Google Ads is a great fit when people search for your product or service:

  • Local services where customers search with urgency
  • E-commerce stores using Shopping and Performance Max
  • B2B and SaaS companies targeting high-value, specific searches
  • Healthcare, legal, and financial services (with compliant ads)
  • New businesses that need leads while SEO builds up
  • Brands that want to protect their brand name from competitors’ ads

What problems does Google Ads solve?

Paying for clicks that never convert

Broad keywords and poor negatives waste budget. We audit search terms and cut irrelevant traffic every week.

Performance Max is a black box

Automated campaigns can drift. We structure asset groups, feed them good signals, and monitor what’s really driving results.

Conversion tracking you can’t trust

Double-counted or missing conversions mislead Google’s bidding. We fix tracking first, including enhanced conversions and offline imports.

High cost per click

Low Quality Scores inflate costs. We improve ad relevance and landing pages to bring cost per click down.

An agency that sets and forgets

Google Ads needs weekly attention. We actively manage bids, budgets, assets, and tests.

    Audit

We analyze your account (or market, if you’re new) to find wasted spend and missed opportunities.

  2. 2

    Track

We make sure every lead, call, and sale is measured accurately before scaling.

  3. 3

    Build

We restructure or build campaigns around intent, with tight ad groups and relevant landing pages.

    Optimize

Weekly search term reviews, bid strategy adjustments, ad tests, and budget reallocation.

    Scale

We expand winning campaigns to new keywords, locations, and campaign types.

How long does Google Ads take to work?

  1. Week 1–2

Audit, tracking fixes, and campaign build or restructure.

  2. Weeks 3–6

Launch and learning period for automated bidding. Early negative keyword cleanup.

  3. Months 2–3

Cost per acquisition improves as data builds and waste is removed.

  4. Months 4–6

Scale profitable campaigns and add Performance Max, Shopping, or YouTube where they fit.

What results can you expect?

A well-managed Google Ads account typically delivers:

  • Leads and sales from people actively searching for you
  • Less wasted spend on irrelevant searches
  • Better Quality Scores and a lower cost per click
  • Reliable conversion data that improves automated bidding
  • Clear reporting that connects spend to revenue

Note: Results vary by business, market, and budget. We set specific, realistic targets after your free audit.

Should I use Performance Max or Search campaigns?

Usually both, for different jobs. Search campaigns give you control and visibility over exactly which searches you appear for, which is ideal for high-intent keywords. Performance Max uses Google’s automation across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Gmail, and Maps, and can find conversions you’d miss manually.

Performance Max works best with strong conversion data, good creative assets, and, for e-commerce, a well-optimized product feed. We often start with Search to build clean data, then add Performance Max once there’s enough signal for it to learn from.

How much does a click cost on Google Ads?

It varies enormously by industry and location, from well under a dollar in some e-commerce categories to $50 or more for competitive legal, insurance, or finance searches. The more useful question is what a customer costs you, and what that customer is worth.

In your audit we estimate click costs using Google’s own keyword data, model likely conversion rates, and recommend a budget that can produce meaningful results. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and is separate from our management fee.

What is a Quality Score and why does it matter?

Quality Score is Google’s 1–10 rating of how relevant your keywords, ads, and landing pages are to the people searching. It’s based on expected click-through rate, ad relevance, and landing page experience.

Higher relevance usually means you can win better ad positions at a lower cost per click, because Google rewards ads that people are likely to find useful. We improve Quality Score by grouping keywords tightly, writing ads that match search intent closely, and sending traffic to landing pages that answer exactly what was searched.

Google Ads FAQs

Is there a minimum ad budget?

Google has no strict minimum, but very small budgets limit how fast campaigns learn. We’ll recommend a budget that fits your market and goals after the audit.

Do I own my Google Ads account?

Yes. You own the account and all its data. We manage it through a manager account with access you control.

How quickly will I get leads?

Search campaigns can produce leads within days of launch. Efficiency usually improves significantly over the first 6–12 weeks.

Do you manage YouTube ads?

Yes. We plan, build, and optimize YouTube campaigns, and our creative team can help produce the videos.

What are enhanced conversions?

A feature that sends hashed first-party data (such as an email address) with conversions, which improves tracking accuracy while respecting privacy.

Can you track phone calls from ads?

Yes. We set up call assets, call tracking on your website, and, where possible, import qualified calls and sales from your CRM.

Should I bid on my own brand name?

Usually yes. Brand campaigns are cheap, protect you from competitors bidding on your name, and let you control the message and landing page people see. We keep brand results separate in reporting so they don’t inflate performance numbers.
