Online Reviews & Reputation Management
Turn happy customers into your best marketing
We help you earn more genuine reviews, reply to every one with care, and keep watch over what people say about you online.
What is reputation management?
Before most people contact a business for the first time, they check what others say about it. That might be a star rating on Google, reviews on Facebook or an industry site, or comments on social media. Reputation management makes sure that what they find is recent, genuine, and representative of the great work you do.
It has three parts. First, earning reviews: most happy customers never leave a review unless asked at the right moment in the right way. Second, responding: thoughtful replies show future customers you care and can turn a critic into a fan. Third, monitoring: knowing quickly when something negative appears so you can deal with it.
Reputation now reaches beyond review sites. AI assistants increasingly summarize what customers say about businesses, so a consistent record of positive, detailed reviews helps you get recommended there too.
Who is Reviews & Reputation for?
Reputation management pays off for any business where trust drives the decision:
- Local businesses competing in the Google Maps pack
- Healthcare, dental, and wellness practices
- Restaurants, hotels, and hospitality brands
- Trades and home services where customers let you into their homes
- Professional services such as legal, financial, and real estate
- Businesses recovering from a run of negative reviews
What problems does Reviews & Reputation solve?
Few reviews, or old ones
A profile with a handful of reviews from years ago looks inactive. We build a steady flow of fresh reviews.
A rating that doesn’t reflect your service
Unhappy customers are more likely to post unprompted. Asking every happy customer rebalances your rating fairly.
Unanswered negative reviews
Silence looks like indifference. We write calm, professional replies that reassure future customers.
Fake or malicious reviews
We identify reviews that break platform rules and handle the reporting and escalation process.
No early warning
You find out about a problem weeks later. We monitor reviews and mentions and alert you quickly.

Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews?
Yes, asking for reviews is allowed and encouraged on most platforms. What’s not allowed is paying for reviews, offering incentives in exchange for positive ones, posting fake reviews, or “review gating” (only asking customers you expect to be positive, or filtering unhappy customers away from public review sites).
Rules differ slightly between platforms, and consumer protection laws in many countries also apply. We design every review program to comply, because a shortcut that gets your profile flagged is never worth it.
How should a business respond to a negative review?
Respond quickly, stay calm, and remember you’re writing for future customers as much as the reviewer. Thank them, acknowledge the issue without arguing about details, explain briefly what you’re doing about it, and invite them to continue the conversation privately.
Never share private customer information in a reply. And if a review is fake or breaks the platform’s rules, report it through official channels instead of accusing the reviewer publicly.
How do reviews affect local rankings and AI recommendations?
Google lists review count and rating among the signals that contribute to a business’s prominence in local results. Just as important, reviews influence behavior: a listing with a strong rating and recent, detailed reviews usually gets more clicks and calls than one with a handful of old ones.
Reviews also feed AI assistants. When someone asks an assistant for the best provider nearby, answers often reflect patterns in public reviews, such as “known for friendly staff” or “praised for fast turnaround.” Encouraging detailed reviews that mention the specific services you provide helps both people and machines understand what you’re good at.
That’s why we coach clients to ask for specific feedback. A gentle prompt such as “We’d love to hear what you thought of your kitchen installation” leads to richer reviews than a generic “Please review us.”
Reviews & Reputation FAQs
Do you write fake reviews?
Never. Fake reviews break platform rules and, in many countries, the law. We only help you earn genuine reviews from real customers.
Which review platforms do you manage?
Google, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, and industry-specific sites. We focus on the platforms your customers actually use.
Can you delete bad reviews?
We can’t delete genuine reviews. We can report reviews that violate platform policies, such as spam, fake accounts, or offensive content, and help you respond well to the rest.
Will you reply in our name?
Yes, in your brand voice, following guidelines we agree with you. Sensitive reviews are sent to you for approval first.
How do you ask for reviews without annoying customers?
One well-timed request, usually right after a positive moment, plus one gentle reminder. It’s short, personal, and easy, with a direct link to the review form.
Can you show reviews on our website?
Yes. We can display genuine reviews on your site. We only add review structured data where platform and search engine guidelines allow it.
