What is E-E-A-T?
E-E-A-T: Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness: the qualities Google’s quality rater guidelines use to evaluate content and its creators.
E-E-A-T isn’t a single ranking factor, but it describes what Google’s systems aim to reward. You demonstrate it with real author bios and credentials, first-hand experience and original examples, accurate sourcing, clear business information, and a strong reputation across the web.
Trust is the most important part. It matters most for topics that affect people’s health, finances, or safety.
